About this estimate
- Provisional 2026-27 annual Medicare reduction: using the latest verified 2025-26 threshold of $28,011. Final annual thresholds have not been verified. This is not the current-year PAYG withholding calculation.
Assumptions used 4
- Annual assessment estimate for a full-year adult taxpayer, single with no dependants and not eligible for SAPTO. Family reductions, part-year residency and treaty exceptions are not modelled.
- Period figures are averages of annual assessment amounts, not payroll withholding or a payslip. Other taxable income is included in tax but is not added to salary cash.
- Work and other tax-return deductions reduce taxable income, not payroll cash. Verify eligibility and retain the relevant records.
- The 2026-27 SG estimate uses the annual qualifying-earnings base. Verify whether bonus and allowance payments are qualifying earnings. Separately entered overtime is treated as non-qualifying.
What these estimates include
Supports full-year adult taxpayers, single with no dependants. Family benefits, SAPTO, novated-lease cost modelling and irregular-pay withholding are not yet calculated. The settings and limitations are included in every PDF and email.
