Estimates, not guarantees

All outputs are deterministic calculations based entirely on the assumptions you enter and on general reference data. Real-world results depend on factors outside the model — local market conditions, competition, regulation, financing, execution and chance. Actual outcomes may differ materially from any estimate shown.

Results depend on the information entered and assumptions shown and may differ from actual pay, tax or superannuation obligations. Do not rely on these results to process payroll, lodge a tax return or make financial decisions without verification by a qualified accountant or registered tax agent.

Read the supported-case limitations and provisional assumptions shown with each calculation. An annual assessment estimate is not the same as payroll withholding or an actual refund. The role of AI explanations

Where the Service provides written explanations, those explanations only describe and interpret the numbers the calculators produce. The AI does not invent, recompute or override the underlying figures, and its commentary should not be treated as professional advice.

Invoices and other documents

Invoice calculations use the details and tax settings you enter. Check those details, amounts and applicable invoicing requirements before downloading or sending a document. A generated invoice does not verify the transaction, establish that payment is due or guarantee tax compliance. You remain responsible for using the correct recipient and for having authority to include another person's information.

Verify before you commit

Before making any business or financial decision — signing a lease, borrowing money, buying equipment or launching a venture — verify the assumptions and results with a qualified professional, such as an accountant, financial adviser or solicitor.

Your rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. The limitations in our Terms of Service are subject to those rights; describing an output as an estimate does not remove them.
